I recognize that Darrell Sweet painting you just reblogged. It’s the cover of “Daughter of Magic” by C. Dale Brittain. I never read it, but who could forget the cover?

No kidding. I had to cut myself off with the tag-questions. Lots to work with there. I guess I’ll have track down that book eventually to see if it lives up to the artwork (and to figure out why Merlin kidnapped that small Dutch child from the 19th century :D). Thank you!
